Charter terms & conditions
Summary of the main terms. Your written charter agreement prevails.
Charter period
Weekly charters run from Saturday 10:00 to the following Friday 12:00; several consecutive weeks may be booked. 3- and 4-day charters can start on any day the calendar is free, from 10:00 on the first day to 12:00 on the last. Prices are per day and differ between weekly and 3–4 day charters.
Booking requests
A booking request holds the selected dates for 48 hours while we confirm availability and send payment instructions. Unconfirmed requests are released automatically.
Meals & drinks
Meals and drinks are not included in the charter price. When booking you choose whether we do the shopping for you (we contact you closer to the cruise date to discuss your requirements) or you do the shopping yourself (we arrange transfers between the port and a shopping centre on the day of embarkation and assist you if necessary).
Payment
A deposit of 20% of the total confirms the booking. The balance is due before embarkation as stated in your confirmation.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are set out in your charter agreement. We strongly recommend travel and cancellation insurance.
Guests
The yacht is licensed for up to 6 overnight guests. Guest names and passport details are required before embarkation.
Itinerary & weather
The captain is responsible for the safety of guests and yacht and may change the route because of weather, sea conditions or port regulations.
Options
Meal plans, beverages, extra staff and activities are confirmed together with your booking. Prices of options are per the booking summary.
